Recipe Name: Sago Idly(Javvarisi/Sabbiyam Idly)

Ingredients:
1 cup Sago(Javvarisi), 2 cup broken rice(raw rice rava), 2 cup Sour curd, 2 teaspoon Moong Dhal, 2 teaspoon Channa Dhal, 4 Green Chilli, 4 teaspoons of chopped coconut, coriander, curry leaves, 10 cashews, salt, Baking soda
Procedure:
Step 1: Mix Sago and the broken rice(raw rice rava) in a bowl and add 2 cups of sour curd to the mixture and mix it well. Allow the mixture to rest over night(8 hours minimum) Step 2: Soak the moong dhal and channa dhal for an hour and add it to the mixture in the morning. Step 3: Finely chop coconut as finely as possible(dont blend in blender) and add it to the mixture. Step 4: Add chopped green chilli, fresh coriander leaves and curry leaves and mix well. Step 5: Add salt and adjust the batter with water and salt. Make sure to have a consitency similar to regular idly batter. Step 6: Greese a round plate or vessel with oil and pour the sago idly batter and place it inside a pressue cooker. Break the cashes into small pieces and add it on top. Step 7: Cook it on a medium flame for 15-17 minutes. Step 8: Serve it hot with Coconut chutney, Kara chutney or coriander chutney.
