Ingredients:
Sago - 250gm,Cooked Moongdal (for 15min) - 50gm,Green chillies - 10,Oil - 3spoons,Mustard seeds - 1spoon,Cumin seeds - 1/4spoon,White lentil - 1spoon,Curry leaves,Coriander leaves,Salt.
Procedure:
First wash the sago with fresh water.pour water(same quantity of sago) in sago and soak it for 5hrs.Now lit a stove and put a pan,add oil,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,white lentil,green chillies,curry leaves and saute it for 2 min in medium flame.After that add soaked sago in pan and cook it for 5-10 min in low flame.Once sago becomes soft add cooked Moongdal and cook it for 2-3 min.Then add salt as you required.Finally serve the sago upma in a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.TASTY SAGO UPMA READY.
