Ingredients:
1. Pulangal Rice 2. Mullumurunga ilai 3. Thoothuvalai keerai 4. Murunga keerai 5. Milagu 6. Sitharathai 7. Salt
Procedure:
1. Soak 1 1/4 Pulangal rice for 3 hours. 2. In meanwhile beat sitharathai and milagu into powder coarsely. 3. Now grind soaked rice , Three keerai and coarsed powder, salt and water like poori dough. 4. Make dough as balls. Take a banana leaf, apply oil to it for making dough balls as small pooris. 5. Take a banalai, add oil and heat it. Now put the pooris to it and fry until it pluffs like a poori. 6. Serve hot fried Trispinach vadas with pappu podi. 7. Have a great healthy feast recipe. ☺
