Recipe Name: Raw Mango Dosa with Spicy Onion Chutney

Ingredients:
*For Raw Mango Dosa:* Idly Rice - 2 cups Urud Dhall - 1/4 cup Raw Mango Chopped - 1/2 cup Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon Ginger - 1 Teaspoon Curry Leaves 5 - 7 green Chilli Salt For Taste *Now For Spicy Onion Chutney :* Onion - 1 Cup 4 - 5 Red Chilli Tamrind - A small piece Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon Tomatoes - 1 Cup Roasted Chenna Dhall - 2 TB spoon Jaggery - 1 TB spoon Salt For Taste
Procedure:
*For Mango Dosa Batter:* Soak rice and Dhall for 5 hrs in water. Add water and grind it. Then take mixer jar and grind the Raw Mango,Cumin seeds,Ginger,Curry leaves,Green chilli and some salt. Make it as a fine paste. Now mix the paste in the batter. *The Raw Mango Dosa Batter ls Ready* *Now For The Spicy Onion chutney:* Heat the oil and fry the ingredients given above.
