Ingredients:
Raw rice - 2 cups (washed and dried), Karamani - 1 /2 cup (soak and cooked separately), Water - 4 cups, Salt - required
Procedure:
1. Break the soake and dried raw rice into rava consistency
2. Boil water with required salt
3. After boiling the water add cooked Karamani, raw rice rava with on and off stirring
4. Cook it for 10 minutes as a dough
5.make like cutlet shape (as shown in picture)
6.finally steam it for20 minutes in idly cooker
🍽️ Serve with urud dhal chutney🍽️

Recipie for urud dhal chutney:
Urud dhal - 2 tsp
Red chilli - 7 as required
Jeera - 1/4 tsp
Tamrind - small lemon size
Hing -a pinch
Fry all these ingridients with 1 tsp oil.
Onion - 1 big, cut into small pieces.
Grind fried ingredients with little bit of jaggery and salt with water as smooth paste.
At last add onion and grind coarsely.
