Recipe Name: Black eyed peas vada

Ingredients:
1cup black eye peas,turmeric,salt ,ginger 1spoon rice flour,kothimeera and curry leaves,oil for frying.
Procedure:
Soak the peas in hot water for 5 hours.Drain the water thoroughly and grind it in a smooth paste.put it in a bowl.Add chopped ginger,turmeric, enough salt,rice flour,chopped kothimeera and curry leaves.Mix all ingredients very well using hand.Don't use spoon.This is very important.Mix in a pluffy way.Put kadai on the stove Pour oil for frying.Make vada using butter paper.Put hole in the middle.Take from the butter paper and put it in the hot oil.Medium fame is enough.When brown colour came take it .Crispy vada ready.
