Valaithandu-200 gms, pacharisi -150gms, salt , water
Procedure:
Vaalaithandu dosa Ingredients Raw rice one Tumblr Vaalaithandu (cut into pieces) 2 tumbler Salt Method Grind raw rice and vaalaithandu together With required salt. The batter should be nice and soft. Do not ferment it. Pour it like rava dosa. No need to close the lid. Roast both sides. Vaalaithandu dosa is ready to serve now. Sambar and chutney goes well with this.
