Ingredients:
Rice Flour, Thoovar dhall, Greenchilly, Lemon, Red chilly, Curry leaves, Temper : mustard, urad dhall, kadalai parruppu, red chiily, Curry leaves
Procedure:
Boil the water and add rice flour in it. Add some salt to it. Then pour the dough into pressing peettai. Boil the water in cooker arrange the pappurottai in plate and steam for 10min. Then take pappurottai and cut into small pieces.
Boil the thuvar parruppu for 5 whistle.
Heat the pan with oil now add temper items ie. Mustard, Urad dal, Channa dal, Curry leaves, red chiily, green chilly paste fry it.. Now add pappurottai pieces into it with some boiled thuvar parruppu & stir it mix it well.
Finally squeeze lemon & switch off the stove.
Ready to eat thaalaellu pappurottai. (tasty yummy).
