Grind 1 cup soaked raw rice, 5 green chili and ¼ cup grated coconut add salt as per taste to Dosa batter consistency. Add soar curd with the batter. Take a pan with heavy bottom and heat it. Once the pan is heated add 4 spoons of Oil once oil is heated add mustard, urad dhal, Soaked Bengal Gram and fry it for 2 min. Add the batter in to the pan add oil as and when required. Mix it until you get Upma consistency. Pour the mix into a plate and allow it to cool down. Once the mix is cool down you can cut it in to the shape as per your wish. This will taste good with Onion Pickle.
