Recipe Name: Theevu beetroot

Ingredients:
Beetroot-1, Sugar-150gram, Ghee-2tablespoon, Water-1cup, Cashewnuts-to your taste
Procedure:
First add 2 spoon of ghee in a pan...add milled beetroot in the pan. Then fry for 5 minutes and change to a plate. After that add sugar in a pan with 1 cup of water stir it well. Sugar has come to liquid state. After that add that fried beetroot in sugar syrup and mix well until the sugar get solid. Then change it to a bowl. Serve theevu beetroot with some roasted cashew.. Enjoy the taste!!!
