Recipe Name: Kottu dosa

Ingredients:
4 cups of Pacha அரிசி,1 cup of rice குருணை, milk , 1 cup curd ,salt to taste, 6 tablespoons sugar, 2 pinches cooking soda For red chutney: handful of Red chillies , 20 nos garlic, salt to taste (lemon if needed) For green chutney: 1 cup coconut, பொட்டு கடலை, curry leaves, corainder leaves ,green chilli, asafoetida, mustard, (ginger if needed)
Procedure:
*soak 4 cups of Pacha அரிசி for 2 hrs
*After washing,grind it smoothly using grinder( keep it separately)
*Boil 6 cups of water for 1 cup of rice குருணை
*After the water boils add rice குருணை
*Mix it evenly until it smoothens n thickens
*Cover it with dry cloth until it comes to room temperature
*Add curd and salt to the above mixture ,mix it well
*Add this mixture to the smoothly grinded mixture
*Keep it overnight
*Morning, add sugar ,warm milk, cooking soda
* Make sure that you do dosas a bit thicker
For chutney,
Red: grind all the ingredients and store it
Green: grind all the ingredients and finally add mustard
Everyone likes normal dosa ,so what about a dosa with a twist,here it is, the above recipe will make your normal dosa to a tastier one, This type of dosa has its own advantages too . If you're traveling in a bus or train , this would make your breakfast, lunch or dinner awesome.
