Ingredients:
Horsegram / Kollu Idli ------------------------------------ 1)Horsegram - 1cup 2) parboiled/ idli rice - 2 cup ____________________________ Allium cepa / Onion chutney -----‐-------------------------------------- 1) Garlic - 2 nos 2) Big onion (chopped) - 5 3) Tomato - 2 nos 4) Ginger - small piece 5) Tamarind - small piece 6) Redchilli - 6 nos 7) Salt to taste.

Idli Preparation

step 1: soak 1 cup horsegram for 5 to 8 hours.
Step 2 : soak 2 cup idli rice for
2 to 3 hours.
Step 3: Grind the horsegram and idli rice separately.
Step 4: mix it together and add salt totaste. And keep it fermented over the night.
Step 5: next day morning ready to stream and serve.

Step 1 : Fry pan add oil and saute (onion, Garlic, Ginger, Red chilli ,Tomato, Tamarind, salt)
Step 2: cool down the mixture in room temprature and grind it.
Step 3: Temper the chuttney asusual.
Serve the Idli with onion chuttney
