Ingredients:
Cabbage
Poppy seeds
Milk
Sugar
Coconut
Cashew
Kesar
Procedure:
Cabbage payasam
1. Take 2 cups of chopped cabbage. Cook for a whistle and grind it into coarse puree.
2. Grind cashew (10 no), poppy seeds (2 tbspn )and grated coconut (4 tbspn) into smooth paste.
3. Mix 2 cups of boiled milk, sugar (as required) and grounded paste and puree together in a bowl.
4. Cook for 5 min in low flame and adjust the consistency by adding water.
5. Garnish with kesar and cashew.
