Recipe Name: Healthy Latcha Kotta Aagu Koora Kudumulu

Ingredients:
Rice - 1 cup, Thuvar dhal - 1 cup, Red chillies - 8 to 10, Jeera - 2tsp, Asafoetida powder - 1/4tsp, Salt - to taste, Latcha kotta agu/ chianti keerai - 1 bunch, Oil - 3tsp, Curry leaves - 2arcs, Mustard seeds - 1tsp, Split urad dhal - 1tsp, Chenna dhal - 1tsp, Coconut scraped - 3tbsp, Coriander - to garnish.
Procedure:
Soak rice and dhal for 4 hrs. Grind them along with red chillies to coarse rawa consistency . At the end of grinding add Jeera asafoetida and salt. Wash the keerai. In each leaf Remove the thick stem in the middle. Cut the keerai into small bits. Mix with the ground flour. Pour in plates and steam for 20 mins. Cut the idli into cubes. In a kadai add oil, Mustard seeds. Once it splutters add split urad, chenna dhal, Curry leaves and 2 red chillies then add the cut cubes and saute for few mins until the idli cubes are hot. Garnish with coconut and coriander. Accompaniment : grate cabbage and carrots. Add finely cut chillies. Squeeze lemon and add salt. Garnish with coriander. This makes a health and tasty accompaniment for the koora kudumulu. Enjoy your dish.
