Recipe Name: Mangalore Bun and Sagu

Ingredients:
Ingredients for Mangalore Bun: 2 Bananas, 1 or 2 tablespoon of Sugar, ¼ cup of Curd, 1 teaspoon of Cumin, Pinch of Baking Soda, ½ teaspoon of Salt, 2 cups of Maida, Oil for deep frying Ingredients for Sagu: Carrot, Potato, Beans, Peas, Onion, Tomato (Chop the above mentioned in a required quantity) Coconut, Cashew, Coriander leaf, Mint leaves, Chilly, Ginger garlic paste and grind it well in a Mixer jar
Procedure:
Recipe Steps for Mangalore Bun: In a large bowl take 2 bananas, add 1-2 tablespoon sugar and smash them smoothly using fork. Now add ¼ cup of curd, 1 teaspoon cumin, a pinch of baking soda and ½ teaspoon salt and combine them well. Then add 2 cups maida and knead it for 5 minutes, add a spoon of oil and rest for 2 hours and then knead it and start making the dough balls. Roll it slightly thicker than poori and then deep fry the buns in hot oil until it turns dark golden brown color. Recipe Steps for Sagu: Add some oil in the kadhai and add onion, tomato, Carrot, Potato, Beans and Peas in the kadhai. Then add the grinded paste (which was done earlier) and add coriander powder, some salt, garam masala and cook until its done.
