Ingredients:
Par boiled rice-1cup,wheat-1/2 cup, toor dhal-1/4 cup, ginger-2inch piece, green chillies-4,oil-4tbsp,salt as required. Mustard seeds, urad dhal,and gram dhal for seasoning
Procedure:
Soak rice, wheat and root dhal together for 4 to 5 hours.Grind it to rava consistency.Add salt and ferment for 8 hours. Next day add chopped ginger and green chillies.Heat oil in a pan and season with mustard seeds and dhal and mix in the batter. Now it's ready to pour in the greased idly plates.
