Recipe Name: Masala Neer Dosai

Ingredients:
Raw rice 2 cups, green chilli 6, jeera 2 spoons, coconut half cup, salt, pudhina 1 bunch, coriander leaves 1 bunch, oil.
Procedure:
Soak raw rice for 2 to 3 hours. Grind soaked rice, coconut, jeera, chilli, salt, pudhina and coriander leaves into a watery consistency. In a hot pan add this batter as we do for rawa dosa. You will get a crispy and soft Dosai. Relish it with coconut chutney.
