Ingredients:
Raw Rice-1cup, Idli Rice-1cup, Toor Dal-1cup, Red chilli-9(Can increase for more spice), Coconut-1/2cup(More the better),Curry leaves-few, Peppercons-few, Jeera-few, Hing-pinch, Salt-To Taste, Drumstick leaves-Optional
Procedure:
Soak the rice and dals together for about an hour and half mininum. Grind rest of ingredients along with soaked rice and dals to little coarse consistency. Transfer to a bowl (mix Drumstick leaves if available). Make dosas immediately and serve hot with Avial/Butter/Curd/Idly podi/Vellam/Chutney of your choice.Tastes awesome.
