Recipe Name: Red chola idly

Ingredients:
Idly rice-2cups, red cholam-2cups, urud dhal-1cup, fenugreek-1 tsp, salt - to taste
Procedure:
Soak all the above ingredients for 4 hours. Grind urud dhal and fenugreek separately. Now grind idly rice and red cholam to fine batter.add salt and mix both the batters and leave it to ferment for 8 hours.grease idly plates and pour batter and steam .Healthy and traditional tasty idly will be ready.goes well with any type of chutney and Sambhar.
