Dhibba rottai Urad dhal-2 cups Raw rice-4 cups Salt as required Ginger chutney Ginger Green chillies Red chillies Tamaraind Salt as required Jaggery to taste Asafoetida for tempering Urad dhal for tempering Curry leaves for tempering Mustard seeds for tempering

Soak the rawrice and grind it in grinder roughly...
Grind the urad dhaal seperately into fine smooth batter by adding required Salt.
Mix the roughly ground batter in urad dhal batter just half an hour before toasting...
Pour the batter on aapam thava ,thick like uthappam and serve.
Chutney
Saute the Ginger,tamarind and red chillies and green chillies in pan slightly
Grind it in mixy by adding Salt and Jaggery
Temper it with asafoetida, Mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad dhal...
