Recipe Name: 3 in 1 Easy & Healthy Recipe -Chinthapandu Biyyam Rava umpa/Kudumulu/Seyyali

Ingredients:
Ingredients for umpa: Rice Rava 1-1Cup , Water - 3 Cup , Tamarind Juice - 1/2 cup , Mustard -1Tsp , Urad Dal-1 Tsp , Chinna Dal -1 Tsp , Peanut/ Fresh )Peas - 1/4 cup , Curry leaves -1 strand , Onion - 1 medium size ;Thinly sliced , Red chilli -2 No's , Turmeric Powder -1 pinch , Oil - 4 Tbsp , Salt - As required , Jaggery - small piece(as per your taste) , Ingredients for Seiyyali: Mustard - 1Tsp , Urad dal -1 Tsp , Channel dal -1Tsp , Curry leaves - 1 strand , Onion -1 small size thinly sliced , Salt - As required , Turmeric Powder. -1 pinch , Masala for Grinding: Fried Gram - 1 Tbsp , Coriander seeds -2Tbsp , Red Chillies - 2 Nos , Coconut - 1/4 cup
Procedure:
Upma Procedure: Take a Pan. Heat oil and add mustard, urad dal, chinna dal, curry leaves and peanut/fresh peanuts one after other. Now add the Red chiilies and saute. Once it is turned crispy and changes its color, add onion and saute till it become translucent. Now add the 3 cup water and 1/2 cup tamarind juice and a pinch of turmeric powder . Let it boil. Once the water starts boiling, add jaggery and mix well.Now add a cup of Rice rava slowly and mix it without any lumps. Bring it to boil for 3 min and then lower the flame to simmer and close the pan with lid for 10 min. In mid just open and saute the umpa to avoid burning at bottom of the pan. Now the "Chinthapandu Biyyam Rava Umpa" is ready. Kudumulu procedure: Take a umpa as small balls and steam cook it for 5-7 min. Now the "Chinthapandu Biyyam Rava Kudumulu" is ready. Serve with "Getti chutney/coconut chutney" Seiyyali Procedure: Set this upma in idly pan and steam cook for 7-10 min. Now open the lid and let the idlies cool down Once cooled, cut it as cubes/small pieces as you wish. Now take a pan, pour 2 Tbsp Oil, mustard, urad dal, channa dal, curry leaves. Saute onions till it become translucent. Now add the spices we prepared for this recipe. Add some required salt. Now finally add the cut pieces of idly we prepares here and saute till all the masala's blend together . Now our " Chinthapandu Biyyam Rava Seiyyali" is Ready.
