Recipe Name: ragi pokoda, venthaya kali , ragi upma,kambu rice

Ingredients:
1. Ragi pokoda: Ragi powder 1 cup , potu kadai 1/2cup, verkadalai 1/2 cup, onion 2, curry leaves , soimbu 1 table spoon , omaim 1/2 table spoon, red chilly powder 1 table spoon, salt, water, oil, soda uipu. 2. venthaya kali: venthayam, idilly rice, water,salt, jaggery, sesame oil. 3. Ragi upma: Ragi powder 1 cup, tamarid extract1 cup , green chilli 1, onion 1. red chilly 1. chilly powder 1/4 tea spoon, salt, mustard 1/4tea spoon, black gram 1 tea spoon, bengal gram 2 tea spoon, oil1/2table spoon. 4. Kambu rice: Kambu, salt, water.
Procedure:
1. Ragi pokoda:
All ingredient put in bowl mix it well fry in oil.
2. Venthaya kali:
Venthayam 1/2 cup , idilly rice 2 cup soak over night seperately next day grind venthayam first fine and nice paste add rice add water (rava dosai) add salt . take a pan add half cup water to boil and add batter slowly stir while add in medium flame it become thick. serve it in plate make a dent in the middle put jaggery 4 spoon pour sesame oil or ghee.
3. Ragi upma:
Put all ingredient in pan amd finely fry it and add ragi powder and thin tamarid extract little by little one after another . little
piece jaggery put in it.
side dish ....chinna onion
4. kambu rice:
Kambu 1 cup .water 2 cup,mix it and keep in cooker till 3 whistle put salt .....

Kolu thovail:
oil ,thaniya half spoon, chinna onion 20 piece. green chilly 4 piece. red chilly 2 piece , garlic 6 piece , curry leaves, seragam half spoon, tomato 1, cooked kolu ,water put it in pan fry it well put salt and grind it well server it.
