Procedure:
Potato pickle is a dish made using pickling spices.The slightly & spicy flavors make this dish very special.
Roast fenugreek seeds & mustard seeds & make powder .keep aside .
Cut potatoes into cubes & defry & take in a bowl.add salt ,fenugreek seeds& mustard seeds powder ,coriander powder ,1 tsp oil ,add lemon juice ,red chillie powder in potato bowl .& mix well

Oil,whole red chillie ,cumin seeds ,hing ,add in potatoe bowl & pickle is ready to serve
