Ingredients:
1 cup each of raw rice, idli rice, and toor dal. 2 cups of godhumai rava, coconut, red chilli and salt. To Temper : oil, mustard seeds, urid dal, and curry leaves.
Procedure:
1) Soak rice and dal for 2 hours and grind coarsely along with coconut, red chilli and salt. 2) Finally add washed
godhumai rava to the blender and grind it. 3) Ferment for 3-4 hours or even make immediately. 4) Add tempering to
the fermented adai batter. 5) Make yummy hot adai and enjoy with your favorite chutney, aviyal and butter. If you
