Recipe Name: Carrot Millet (siruthaniyam) Dosa

Ingredients:
1 cup idli rice, 1 cup millets( 1/2 cup kuthiraivali + 1/2 cup sigappu arisi), 2 cups carrots, 5 red chilli, 6 small onions 1 tsp cumin seeds, salt to taste.
Procedure:
1) Soak rice and millets for 2 hours. 2) Grind along with chopped carrots, red chilli, small onions, cumin seeds, and
salt to taste. 3) Ferment the dosa batter for 2 hours. 4) Add corriander leaves to the fermented batter. 4) Make yummy hot
