Ingredients:
Raw rice 1 cup, toor shall 1/2cup, pepper 1tbs, jeera 1 tbs, salt, red chilly , water 4 cup,curry leaf
Procedure:
In a mixi jar add raw rice., Toor dhall, pepper, jeera and make it into powder (not smoother) . Take a pressure cooker and add oil, mustard seed, red chilly, curry leaves, and 4 cup of water and salt.
After the water boils add the powder from mixi and mix it for 5 minutes. Close the lid and wait for 1 whistle .
