Recipe Name: Tender Coconut Kheer | இளநீர் பாயசம்

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups milk, 1/2 cup thick coconut milk (தேங்காப்பால்), 1/2 cup tender coconut pulp (இளநீர் தேங்காய்), 3/4 cup tender coconut water(இளநீர்), 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp condensed milk, 1/8 tsp cardamom powder
Procedure:
1. Blend 1/2 cup tender coconut pulp and 3/4 cup coconut water (I used full contents of 2 tender coconuts full for this) in a mixer until it becomes puree. Keep this puree aside. 2. Boil milk and simmer it for 5 mins. 3. Add sugar and condensed milk. 4. Mix well and simmer it until it becomes thick and creamy. Switch off and let it cool down completely. 5. Add coconut pulp puree (prepared in step 1). 6. Add coconut milk and cardamom powder. Mix well and Serve chilled! Note: It can also be served warm by slightly simmering it.
