Ingredients:
π½π π£ ππ¦ππ πΉπππ ππ‘πππππ π»π π€π Soaked Mung Bean-1 cup, Raw Rice-1/2 cup, Green Chillies-2 pcs, Ginger-1 inch, Cumin seeds- 1 tsp, Salt - as per taste, Spinach Leaves- 2 bunch βππππ¦π₯ πππ¦π₯πππͺ βππππ‘π cooking oil- 1 tsp, red - chillies - 2, tamarind - little bit π½π π£ πππ¦π₯πππͺ π€πππ€π ππππ Cooking oil- 1 tsp, Urad dal- 1 tsp, Red chillies-2 Curry leaves- as required
Procedure:
π½π π£ ππ¦ππ πΉπππ ππ‘πππππ π»π π€π
Take a Mixer jar add a ingredient like Soaked Mung Bean-1 cup,
Raw Rice-1/2 cup, Green Chillies-2 pcs, Ginger-1 inch,
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp, Salt - as per taste, Spinach Leaves- 2 bunch and a little bit of water to grind.
grind fine like dosa batter consistency.
(2) Heat the Dosa pan, spread the oil and spread the batter on the pan & add a little bit of oil on top, cook well dosa on both sides in few mintues dosa is ready to serve.βΊοΈοΈ

Heat the pan & add a little bit of cooking oil, add a red - chillies - 2, tamarind - little bit to stir fry with a low flame & kept in a mixer jar
(2) Peanuts on a same pan to stir fry with a low flame & kept in a mixer jar
(3) Grind all the three ingredients as a fine paste

Heat a pan, add a Cooking oil,
Urad dal, Red chillies,
Curry leaves into a chutney
Now healthy Mung Dal spinach dosa & peanut chutney is Ready to serve..β€οΈ
