Recipe Name: Moong Dhall Idly and Onion Chutney

Ingredients:
Green Moong Dhall Idly: 1 Glass Idly Rice, 1 Glass Moong Dhall, 1/2 Glass Urad Dhall (250 ML is 1 Glass). Onion Chutney: 6 Onions, 2 Tomato, 1 TSP Urad Dhal (Fried), 7 Red Chilli (Fried), Asafoetida Powder (Pinch), Tamarind (Pinch), Salt and Curry leaves (6 leaves).
Procedure:
Green Moong Dhall Idly: Soak 1 Glass Idly Rice, 1 Glass Moong Dhall, 1/2 Glass Urad Dhall (250 ML is 1 Glass) for 8 hours, Grind in Mixer grinder separately, mix it together and add salt. Make sure it is fermented for 1 night. Next day morning, prepare like a normal idly.
Onion Chuntey: Oil Fry 6 Onions, 2 Tomato, 1 TSP Urad Dhal (Fried), 7 Red Chilli (Fried), Asafoetida Powder (Pinch), Tamarind (Pinch), Salt and Curry leaves (6 leaves), after frying make sure it is dried. Once it is dried, grind it in the mixer grinder.
Very healthy food, 1 Piece of Idly contains 5.0 Grams of Proteins, 1.2 Grams of Fat, 12.6 Grams of Carbs, 1.8 Grams of Fibre.
