Recipe Name: Kozhi Muttai paniyaram

Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1cup, water - ¼ cup, yellow moong dal, onion, turmeric powder, r.chilly, g.chilly, sesame oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, coconut scrapping, pottukadalai.
Procedure:
1. Outer shell : In a pan add water, salt and oil. Once water starts boiling add Rice flour to it and give a stir and switch off. After 10 mins knead the dough using oil.
2. Yolk : In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, g.chilli paste, cooked moong dal, salt and mix well.
3. Egg: Take a small quantity of Rice flour dough, make a cup and stuff it with moong dal mixture and seal it. Proceed doing same for remaining mixture. With the left over dough make small balls without stuffing. Then steam it for 10 mins.
In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, finely chopped onion, grounded paste of r.chilly, coconut scrapping, pottukadalai, salt, then mix it with steamed eggs. Garnish with Coriander leaves.

1.yellow moong dal is good source of protein. It is low in fat.
2. Rice flour is rich in fibre.
3. This dish is prepared with less oil and good for health.
