Recipe Name: Chippi kul Muthu payasam

Ingredients:
1.Milk 2.Milk beda 3.Maida 4.Sugar 5.Ghee
Procedure:
1. Prepare milk beda or use readymade Milk kova .In meanwhile make Maida dough.
2. Prepare fine Milk beda balls.
3. Take maida dough and make it like large thin circle (like chapathi).
4. Now using bottle cap cut small round pieces (coin like).
5. Now stuff small milk beda balls into the coin like pieces and make it as small momos (kolukattai) and keep it aside for a half day to let it dry.
6. After momos get dried take a pan and fry it with ghee until it turns light brownish in color.
7. Heat the milk in a seperate vessel until it gets condensed ( nassa sunda kanchukonda )
8. Meanwhile take a seperate vessel and add milk peda and milk together. Heat well and stir like the milk mixture dissolves well.
9. Now add sugar as per requirement in the Condensed milk, add fried momos and heated milk beda mixture and milk ( from step 8) .Heat it till to you get payasam consistency.
10. Serve it hot or cold. Your yummy mouthwatering Chippi kul muthu payasam is ready.
