Ingredients:
One cup of White Rava, Half cup of coconut, One cup of jaggery, Two tea spoons of Pumpkin seeds, 100 ml of Ghee,
Procedure:
Add coconut and little water in a mixie jar and grind it smooth paste. Make the jaggery as powder and keep aside. Take a bowl and add one cup of rava, coconut paste and mix it well. Place a kadai and add Ghee, pumpkin seeds and fry for two minutes in sim and then add the mixture in the kadai, mix it well for 10 minutes in sim. Then add the jaggery into the kadai and again mix it until the jaggery dissolves completely. Finally add ghee and mix it. Let the mixture cool and cut the mixture into desired shapes. Garnish it with almonds, cashews.
