Recipe Name: pesalappappu urulakedda stuffed idly

Ingredients:
1/2 cup soaked moong dal, 1/2 cup soaked rice, 1 inch ginger, 4_5 green chillies, 1 tbsn cumin seed, Salt to taste, 1 pinch Baking soda. For stuffing: 3-4 Boiled potatoes, 1tbsn oil, 1 tbsn cumin seeds, 1 tbsn green chilli paste, 1/4 tbsn turmeric powder, 1/2 spn Red chilli powder, 1 tbsn coriander powder, Coriander leaves, Salt to taste. For Tempering: 1 tbsn oil, 8-10 curry leaves, Sesame seeds little
Procedure:
Wash n soak ,dal n rice seperately for 5hrs. Grind coarsely wth salt. Then put a kadai pour oil,cumin seeds,green chilli paste,turmeric,red chilli powder,add boiled smashed potatoes after that put salt n coriander leaves,nw stuffing s ready then make a cylindrical shape and keep it aside . Put little baking soda in idly batter thn mixed well. Take a silver glass for baking idlies , Grease the glass using oil then pour sme pesalappappu idly batter then put one cylindrical shaped stuffed potato in the middle ,again pour sme idly batter ,after that place ts in idly cooker for 10to 15 minutes in medium flame Then put a kadai for tempering : Pour 1tbsn oil,sesame dress or cumin seeds,curry leaves,then put baked stuffed idlies one by one then saute it for few seconds. After that our pesalappappu urulakedda stuffed idly is ready to eat .
