Recipe Name: Dandulu palaram

Ingredients:
raw rice flour- 1cup, Water,salt,oil,Masala powder. (Grated coconut,fried gram,dal,jeera,coriander seeds,red chilli,salt),sugar,water, Cashewnuts,ghee.
Procedure:
Karam dandulu palagaram Take a bowl add raw rice flour 1 cup, water 1 cup and water mix it together. Make the mixture into thick dough using kadai. Kept it a side for 5 minutes to get soft dough. Now take muruku achu, fill the dough inside. Press it in plate. Keep the plate in a pressure pan for 15 minutes. Now we got the dandulu. Cut those things into small pieces. Now take the kadai place on the flame. Pour oil, mustard seeds, urid Dall , curry leafs, masala powder then add dandulu. Stir it well. And finally Karam dandulu is ready. Sweat dandulu palakaram Place pan in flame. Pour 2 tea spoon ghee and add cashew nuts. Fry until it turn into gloden brown color. Now add grated coconut fry until the colour changed slightly. Now add dandulu pieces and sugar along with it.stir it well until sugar dissolves. Now sweat dandulu palakaram is ready to serve.
