Recipe Name: roti with your favourite thokku

Ingredients:
Chiroti rava: 1cup, Green chilli: 4 n.os (chop into round pieces), Garlic: 4 n.os(finely chopped), Onion: 2 medium size(finely chopped), Grated carrot: 1 medium size, Grated raddish: 1 medium size, Grated cucumber: 1 medium size, Grated chow chow: 1 medium size, Grated coconut: 2-3 spoons, 1 handful of chopped corriander leaves, Salt as per taste
Procedure:
1. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned above and mix it.
The mixture is ready
2. Take a parchment paper(obbat paper), apply some oil. Take a ball sized mixture and flatten it on the paper. Make it thin(chapathi size)
3. Heat a tawa, pour one spoon of oil. Place that parchment paper on the tawa such that the flattened mixture is facing tawa.
4. Take out that paper after few seconds, then heat the roti in medium flame till it turns golden brown
5. Flip the roti and heat it until both sides turn into golden brown.
Serve the yummy roti with your favourite thokku.
