Ingredients:
Grapaan Dosa: Idly rice-3/4 cup,Shoot dhall-1/4cup,Urid Dhall -4tblspn,Grater coconut-1/4 cup,soaked Channa dhall-4tblspn,salt and oil. Miragam:fried gram- 1/2 cup,Red chilli-3pcs,Garlic-8clove,Big onion-1,Grater coconut-1/4 cup,Tamarind-small amount,Salt. Tomato chutney: Big onion-1, Tomato-2 ,Red chilli-1,Ginger-small ,Garlic-4clove,Salt oil for sesoning(mustard,Urid Dhall,curry leaves).
Procedure:
Grampaan Dosa: Idly rice,Dhoor dhall,uriddhallsoaked for 3to 4 hrs.after that in a grinder soaked items then add Grater Coconut finally add salt to taste take a batter is rava consistency.aftr fermentation add to soaked Channa dhall if u feel thinkening of the batter add some water to pour the dosa r Uthappam spread the oil fried both sides Ur tasty Grampaan dosa ready to serve hotly . Miragam: In a mixy first to add fried gram grind to the powder form to transfer the bowl.aftr that all another ingredients to grind it to mixed together the fried gram bowl.ur yummy miragam is ready. Tomato chutney: In a kadai pour oil add one by one all ingredients to saute heat reduce after grinding the mixy.after that in thadka pan pour some oil add the sesoning ingredients.Spicy Tomato chutney is ready to serve the Grampaan dosa.
