Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1 cup, Water - 1 1/4cup, Ghee/Oil - 1tbsp, Toordal - 1/4 cup, Grated coconut - 1/4cup, Green chillies - 2(as per ur taste), Salt - as required, Turmeric powder - little, Hing - little, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Lemon - 1/2, Mustard seeds, Channa dal, Urad da - little.
Procedure:
01. Heat a Pan, then add mentioned water, Ghee & little salt. Allow it to boil well.
02. Then add rice flour & keep Spatula inside pan & close the lid.
03. Allow it to cook for 20 mins.
04. Then keep it aside for 5 mins. After that apply little oil to hand & make a soft dough.
05. Now make a very small small balls & cook in pressure cooker for 10-15 mins without whistle.
06. Cook toordal in 4 whistle with turmeric.
07. Grind grated coconut & chilles.
08. Heat a kadai and then add one by one as follow 2 tbsp oil, mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal, Hing & curry leaves, then Cooked toordal & required Salt.
09. Then add small small cooked rice flour balls & mix well gently.
10. Now remove from then heat, add 1/2 lemon Juice then garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
