Recipe Name: KARAMANI IDLI WITH MIRIYAM

Ingredients:
Raw rice Rava -1Cup Water-2 1/2Cup Coconut Turuval-1/4Cup Salt-1 Teaspoon Oil-2 Spoon MIRIYAM INGREDIENTS: Pottu Kadalai -2 Spoon Coconut -4 pcs Tomato -1 Onion-1 Garlic-6 pcs Red Chilli -4pcs Salt.
Procedure:
1.Clean and Wash the Raw Rice,Grind into Rava in the Mixier Jar.
2.Soak the Karamani for 5 hours and then boil it.
3.Take an Idli Vessel add 2 1/2 Cup Water, boil with Coconut Turuval,Oil,Salt,Raw Rice Rava and Karamani altogether Mix it well.
4.Close the Vessel in low Flame for 5 Minutes then Mix well and Switch off the Stove.
5.Finally Steam the boiled Raw Rice Rava Batter in Idli shape, then Steam for 10 minutes in Idli vessel. Karamani Idli Ready.
6.No oil, No Cholesterol.

MIRIYAM PROCEDURE:
add all the above Mentioned Miriyam ingredients in an Mixier, Make it as Soft.
Then transfer the Miriyam into bowl. Add Oil if required. Ready to Serve.
