Recipe Name: Poha dosa(aavul dosa) with coconut chutney and garlic chutney

Ingredients:
1 cup of raw rice, 1 cup of poha, 1 cup of curd, a pinch of cooking soda and salt as required
Procedure:
Soak the rice in water and soak the Poha in curd atleast for 2 hrs. Grind rice and Poha together into a smooth texture without adding water and mix well by adding salt and cooking soda let it rest atleast for 8 hrs (increase the resting time according to the climate). Now the batter is ready and take a tawa and heat it well now pour the batter into the heated tawa and spread it slightly cook the dosa by closing it with the lid for 2 mins. Now the dosa is ready to serve
