Recipe Name: Chekka Pinndi or thenkai Pinndi

Ingredients:
Idly Rice - 1 cup, Grated Coconut - 1 cup, Soaked channa dal - 2tbsp, Red chilles - 4, Tamarind - small lemon size, Hing - little, Jaggery - little, Salt - as required, curry leaves, mustard seeds, Coconut oil - 2 tbsp.
Procedure:
01. Soak rice for 2 hrs then grind with coconut, red chilles, Jaggery & salt in coarse paste. 02. Heat a kadai, add oil, mustard seeds, Hing, curry leaves. 03. Then add Soaked channa dal & satue little. 04. Now add Tamarind paste. 05. After that add grind rice paste & mix well without gap for 2 mins. 06. Then cover with the lid to cook for 10-15mins. 07. Serve Hot.
