Ingredients:
Tuvar Dhall- 1 cup ( I had added with skin) Idly Rice- 1cup.
Procedure:
Soak both of them in a container after washing. After 6 hrs grind coarsely add salt and keep aside.Next day morning pour idlys in the Idly plate.( half of the plate should be filled, because the idly gets Raging. Cook it for 10 min , then serve these Idlis with Onion Chutney( Miriam) . Curd Chillies will also remain as a good choice for these idli. It is rich in Protien and it is also a Favourite Dish for our community People
