Ingredients:
Rice,Ragi flour ,salt,water and oil
Procedure:
Take a pan , pour two cups of water . Add two tablespoons of oil and little salt. Boil for five minutes then add one cup of rice. Again boil for three minutes. Now remove the lid and spray one cup of Ragi flour. Close the lid and boil for ten minutes, now switch off stove and stir the flour with wooden laddle.delicious Sangati is ready for serving. We can serve for 2 persons. Rich in proteins. It gives immunity for controlling corona. Chinthakaya pachadi or Curd with onion shallots or kurma is apt sidedish
