Recipe Name: Andhra pesarattu(பச்சைபயறு தோசை)

Ingredients:
1.green gram. - 1cup 2.raw rice -1/2 cup 3.green chilli. -2 nos 4.ginger - 1 inch,5.cumin seeds-1/2 tips, curry leaves-2 tpsp,salt - to needed For toppings :- Big onion -1
Procedure:
1.Soak green gram and rice together for 6 hours or overnight 2.Then grind it into smooth paste with other ingredient listed in ingredient column with needed water into a smooth batter 3. consistency should be moderate fermentation is not necessary 4.Then spread the batter like we make a normal dosai with drizzle some oil 5. When both side are cooked topping with onion. 6. Serve hot with Allam Pachai. Benefits: High fiber, rich in magnesium, good for skin and especially for diet control.
