Ingredients:
Rava - 1 cup.. water- 1 cup, varagu - 1 cup, curd - 1cup Stuffing ingredients - potatoes - 3, cumin seeds- 1tbs,mustard seeds - 1tps,onion - 3, green chillie - 1, chilly powder - 1tplbs, salt - 1tbs, turmeric powder - 1/2 tbs,coriander powder - 1tbs,garam masala - 1tbs
Procedure:
Rava with Varagu stuffed adai : Rava 1cup , Varagu 1cup, add 1cup of water and curd,mix it well...and rest it for 30 mins...
Stuffing process: Take a kadai in a gas pour a 1spoon of groundnut oil add cumin and mustard seeds then add onion , green chillies and curry leaves with chilly powder,needed salt and curry leaves atlast add potatoes then smash it.. keep aside.Take a pan in a gas place tht stuffed potatoes in between the two layers of adai..cook it for 3mins..off the flame...then cut the adai with two slices...the yummy tastey delicious food is ready with tomato sauce..
