Ingredients:
Bengal gram dhal, red chilli ๐ŸŒถ, salt,coconut,onions,coriander leaves,curry leaves
Procedure:
1. Soak Bengal gram dhal for 2hrs 2. Grind course with red ๐ŸŒถ chillie ๐Ÿง‚ salt and coconut ๐Ÿฅฅ 3 Clean the leaf chop the stem if it is thick donโ€™t damage the leaf 4 Apply the grinded paste and roll it and steam it for 10 minutes 5 Cool it and cut into rounds 6. In a pan pour oil season mustard , urudu dhal, Bengal gram dhal , hing ,2 red chilli ๐ŸŒถ split, curry leaves and fry 7. Now add fine cut onions ๐Ÿง… turmeric pwd, tamarind pulp, salt and fry transculent 8 To this add the steamed cut pieces and fry for some time 9 decorate with coriander leaves and fresh coconut
