Ingredients:
Coconut chutney Ingredients One cup coconut grated 1/4 Cup ... roasted Bengal grams 1/4 cup ... roasted peanuts Green chilli Salt Cumin seeds For tempering 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds 1-2 red chillies broken 10-12 carrey leaves 1/4 tsp Hing Onion sweet chutney Ingredients Onions(cut the onion into small pieces) Red chilli powder Dry coconut Tamarind juice Jaggery Salt as per taste Wheat Flour Dosa Ingredients · ½ cup wheat flour/ atta · ½ cup rice flour · 1 tbsp curd / yogurt · 1½ cup water, or as required · 1 tsp cumin / jeera · 1 tsp salt · Oil for roasting
Procedure:
Coconut chutney Instructions. 1….Blend all the ingredients for chutney in a blender to make a smooth paste 2....Use little water to blend the chutney . 3...Transfer in the serving bowl For the tempering 1. Heat oil in a small pan. 2...add mustard seeds and Urdu dal . 3....fry till dal turn down . 4...add dry Red Chillies, curry leaves and hing. 5...pour the tempering over the chutney and mix well . 6....Serve coconut chutney dosa ready Onion sweet chutney Instructions. Take a mix jar and add the onions, redchilli powder, salt, jaggery, dry coconut, tamarind juice blend and grind it well to make the paste. Onion sweet chutney ready. Take into the bowl . Wheat Flour Dosa Instructions 1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take ½ cup wheat, ½ cup rice flour and 1 tbsp curd. 2. Add in 1 tbsp curd and 1 cup water. 3. Whisk well making sure there are no lumps. 4. Further add 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp salt. 5. Also add ½ cup water or as required and prepare a flowing consistency batter like of wheat flour dosa. 6. Rest for 20 minutes or till flour absorbs water. 7. Now check for consistency and add more water if required. 8. Now carefully pour the dosa batter over hot tawa. 9. Sprinkle ½ or 1 tsp of oil from the top. 10. Furthermore, let the base turn crispy golden brown. keep on medium flame to cook. 11. Finally, serve instant wheat dosa immediately with coconut chutney.
