Recipe Name: Tenkaya Pulimavu (Coconut Tamarind Upma)

Ingredients:
1 coconut ,2 cup Raw rice ,10 Red Chilli ,1/2 Tea spoon Jeera ,Pinch of Asafoidida, 2 tea spoon, Jagarry , Salt, Lemon size Tamarind Curry Leaves
Procedure:
Pre Preparation:
Dice the Coconut into small pieces , Soak the Raw rice in water for 2 hours , Make the Tamarind to juice
Preparation :
-Take the Soacked Rice , Chilli , Jeera , Asafoidida, Curry Leaves ,Coconut, Curry Leaves
and make it into a coarse batter to make it to Idly batter consistency .
-In the Batter add the Tamarind extract , Jaggary , Salt and leave it for half hour
- In a Idly pan add the batter in Idly plate and make it to the boil it for 10 minites and remove the idly from the pan
- Dice the Idly into Podi and add extra jarrary and Tamarind as per the taste
- In a Pan take 2 tea spoon of oil Add mustard seeds , Curry leaves , 2 red chilli ,
1 tea spoon of urad dhal, 1 tea spoon of gram dhal and make it to splutter
- Add the Coconut Podi into the Pan and allow it to cook for 10 minites
- Now it is ready it is ready to Serve , Eat and enjoy with Family
