Ingredients:
Chekka dosa with ulli karam Ingredients Raw rice - 3 tumblers Dur Dhal - 1 tumbler Chana Dhal , Urdu Dhal , Mustard seeds,curry leaves - small quantity to (thalimppu) sour curd -200 ml Ingredient s for ulli karam: Red chillipowder (one spoon) Onion one(big) garlic one( pallu) Add salt for taste Mix all in same time( no need water ) this is called ulli karam
Procedure:
Preparation Wash the Raw rice drain the water completely keep away . Soak the dur Dhall for 2 hours Grain the Raw rice like rawa Grain dur Dhall with water in soft Mix rice and dur Dhall with salt chana dhall and dur Dhall like Tight constens rest it .next day add sour curd now fry with little oil chana dhall , Urdu Dhall , Mustard and curry leaves and pour into the dosa batter make and chekka dosa crispy. Serve with ulli karam .
