Ingredients:
1 cup, pulungal arisi, green chillies,4,1,cup curd, mustard seeds ,oils100 ml.curry leaves onions two nos
Procedure:
Soak the rice and after 2 hours grind with green chillies curd salt added in it.Then put one kadai pour oil mustard seeds finely chopped onions fry for five mts .,then pour the grainded mixture then stir until become tight mixture then made in form flat iddlis on oil sheet then put in iddli cooker after 20 mts tiffen is ready.we can have with red chilli powder mixed with salt and oil as side dish
