Ingredients:
Varaghu arisi 1cup,,water-3 cups,moongdhal -2spoon,greenchilli-2,grated coconut-4 to 5 spoon,salt Side dish:oorupindi grated coconut-1/2cup,Channa dhal-3spoon,urad dhal-2 spoon,red chilli-4,tamarind small,salt,
Procedure:
Preparation: Take the mixie jar add the dry varagu arisi and slightly grind into coarse powder.put the bowl in the stove and pour 3 spoon of oil ,little mustard,urad dhal for tempering.add green chillies,hot water -3cups and allow to boil and then add varagu arisi coarse powder and close the lid for 2 minutes.after that put thebowl in pressure cooker and make4-5 whistles.and then make small balls.put the kadai in gas stove and pour little oil, make the balls little flat.pour oil for roast and then allow to cook for 2 minutes.toast the both sides.yummy varagu arisi thenkai billa ready.. Side dish procedure: Take the kadai and place it in stove,pour little oil and then add red chilli,Channa dhal,urad dhal make it reddish colour.after that take a mixie jar add the above items and add little tamarind,salt,jaggery little,salt and grated coconut and grind for few minutes.oorupindi ready!!! Serve yummy thenkai billa with oorupindi
